After much discussion, we have decided to try an early fundraiser this year...a dinner/dance at the Happy Hearts gymnasium on March 25th. We have Frankie's Tunes willing to donate DJ service for the evening. And the Board had discussed having evening hours at the Green Road Adoption Center (which is practically right across the street).
SO...here's where I need your help. I need suggestions (and help from anyone willing to help get this all organized).
Theme ideas?
Catering recommendations?
Activities for the evening?
We have an email list of over 400 that we can invite to buy tickets...not to mention our generous and supportive donors...so we need to create an evening that will be fun and entertaining. Give me your ideas!
